VARIETIES: Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
TYPE: Brut Reserva.
AGEING: Minimum of 24 months.
ELABORATION: Traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle). The cava is a straw colour with a delicate and even sparkle with floral and white fruit aromas. The palate denotes a gentle maturity, flowers and white fruit, brioche an a light touch of honey, its elegant aromas and its delicate characteristic give it a fresh, light and harmonious touch and the minimum touch of liqueur rounds off this delicate and exceptional cava. Ideal for toasts, aperitifs and first courses, cheese and pate.
Best served in a flute or semi-open glass at a8-10 ºC.
