BRUT NATURE MONTARGULL CHARDONNAY
DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: D.O. Cava.
VARIETIES: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay.
HARVEST: 2009.
TYPE: Brut Nature (no added expedition liqueur).
AGEING: Mínimum 36 months.
ELABORATION: Traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle). Varieties Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay; aged for two years. Pale yellow colour with a fine elegant sparkle forming a perfect crown. They have a tropical and white fruit bouquet as a result of using the chardonnay variety and the palate notes a creaminess, a light touch of toast, tropical fruits and white fruits with a slight note of brioche and a long and elegant aftertaste.
Best consumed in a narrow flute between 8-10ºC.
