Cavas Miquel Pons

Cavas Miquel Pons are prepared from the best musts of the selected harvests from our own estates, using local varieties such as Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada as a point of reference and part of the identity of our land.

Our cavas are noted for their long ageing in the cellars, a minimum of 18 to 44 months for our grand reserves, for their fine and creamy sparkle, due to the ageing and the quality of the must. At Miquel Pons we disgorge all our cavas in the traditional way in order to preserve the aromatic complexity obtained during the months of ageing in our cellars.
